Chris Lumsdon

Chris brings deep regional familiarity together with extensive experience in residential construction and field oversight.

Raised in Huntsville and now based in Oro-Medonte with his family, he understands northern properties as both significant assets and deeply personal places. 
His background spans complex residential construction projects where finishing, sequencing, accountability, documentation and disciplined follow-through all have to hold under pressure.
That experience now shapes a practice defined by calm judgment, capable representation and a clear standard of care for owners who cannot always be present.
