Chris grew up in Muskoka and is now based in Oro-Medonte. He has worked in residential delivery for more than a decade, across site supervision, finishing, quality control, occupancy and warranty, the stages where plans meet actual conditions and someone has to keep the work moving.

He served as Site Superintendent on Cedars at Brydon Bay, Shoreline, Muskoka Bay Estates, Friday Harbour Resort and other large residential projects. Across those projects, he coordinated trades, reviewed work on site, resolved deficiencies and helped prepare homes for occupancy.

Chris brings that discipline to owners of homes, cottages and estates across Simcoe and Muskoka. He observes conditions, helps clarify proposed work, makes site decisions within an agreed scope and follows through with contractors on quality and completion. The owner has a clear account of what is happening, what requires a decision and what has actually been done.

Northern properties have been part of Chris’s life since childhood. Looking after one well takes more than familiarity with the region. It takes the willingness to be there when work is underway, ask the difficult question early and stay with an issue until the next step is clear.
