Assignments are arranged around locaion and the work required. Single property visits, scheduled inspections, short-term site coverage and longer project engagements are available by agreement. Scope, location, timing, reporting requirements and fees are confirmed before work begins.

Can I arrange a single visit or a series of inspections?
Both. Assignments can range from one property inspection or contractor meeting to scheduled visits across several locations, recurring fieldwork or longer construction engagements.
How are assignments priced?
Fees depend on the location, scope, time required and reporting expectations. Work may be priced per visit, by the day or as an agreed project fee. I’ll confirm the scope and cost before proceeding.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Oro-Medonte and regularly work across Simcoe County, Muskoka and Georgian Bay, including Barrie, Orillia, Midland, Collingwood, Bracebridge, Huntsville and surrounding communities. Assignments farther afield are welcome by arrangement.
