Lumsdon North provides owner-side oversight during renovations, repairs and contractor-led improvements at northern homes, cottages and recreational properties.

We maintain a calm, watchful presence through construction so owners stay informed without needing to be everywhere at once.

We attend at agreed stages, observe visible work against the agreed scope and follow up on questions and outstanding commitments. You receive photographs, progress updates and a record of matters requiring decisions. 
We work alongside the appointed team, documenting concerns and requesting clarification where needed. At handover, we record visible conditions, outstanding items and relevant information provided by contractors and specialists.
Before starting, we discuss your priorities, review available project information and agree the attendance schedule, reporting and fees.
