Chris Lumsdon brings over 10 years of experience as a Site Superintendent and QA leader, overseeing quality and occupancy across low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise condominium projects.
Chris’s expertise spans finishing leadership, trade coordination, inspections, PDIs, occupancy, warranty, and quality assurance with a focus on keeping delivery milestones disciplined, documentation clear and follow-through strong.
He has served in superintendent and QA leadership roles across a broad range of residential projects, overseeing complex finishing and handover environments where quality, sequencing and accountability are critical. His work is grounded in the practical realities of site execution, while extending into the reporting, communication and follow-through needed to protect delivery outcomes beyond construction.
Before moving into construction leadership, Chris held senior communications roles with York Region, the City of Toronto and the City of Edinburgh, developing deep experience in stakeholder engagement, institutional communications and public-facing program support.
As a leader at StrongCon, Chris oversees field operations, QA programs and delivery-stage project controls.
