Rae Lumsdon founded StrongCon to bring clarity and discipline to the most exposed phases of project delivery, where regulatory obligations, public accountability and human experience intersect.
Rae is widely respected for her command of Ontario’s residential and rental compliance environments and her ability to translate complex requirements into clear, workable systems. As StrongCon’s work has expanded into Nation-aligned and ‑authorized project environments, she has brought the same discipline to governance alignment, authority clarity and long‑horizon accountability.
